Anyone else watching football? Denmark’s best player collapsed on the pitch, looked like his heart stopped and everything, they are trying to resuscitate him...this is awful

I’m reminded of the old saying about (26.2 mile) marathons:

Twenty miles is halfway.

Go Habs Go. Bring Stanley home.

AED machine.

Forgive me for getting on a soapbox here, but if anyone here plays hockey, you need to take a course to learn CPR and how to use an AED.

Sincerely,

A guy who performed CPR on the ice on a guy for 12 minutes until paramedics arrived and brought him back to life.

Seriously, get trained.

Thanks

Yikes that must have been scary. Eriksen is fine and recovering in hospital now thankfully, they’ve even just resumed the game at the players’ requests.

Love you call it football the way it should be called, as supposed to American football which I have no idea why it’s called football when 80% of the time is using the hands

I hear he is doing much better, fully awake and talking. I guess they used the magic can on him.

That’s what living in England for 8 years will do to you lol. And yes, thankfully he’s in stable condition in hospital now but yeah i agree they should have postponed the rest of the match. Apparently players from both sides wanted to play once they knew he was alright

Belgium looks like they are a strong team, I am routing for them as well as Netherlands and England, these 3 teams have not won the final prize the past few decades
